Am new to the sitr although I have been a member for 2 years.
I moved to Thailand 16 months ago so have been eating plenty of red and green curries. Can even cook them myself .. BUT I now have that yearning to try making Indian curry. I think most of the spices are available here, so no big problem.
You can buy ready made curry paste here for pennies. all you need to do is cook it with coconut milk or cream.
I am looking forward to reading and trying some of the recipes on this site
