Hi guys,
I love cooking of most kinds, love Indian food - trying to get the taste right can be hard and I think most of my stuff tastes the same! Grow as much of my own stuff as it is possible to do in southern England... heartened by videos of granny chucking handfuls of spices into watermelon hoops while I'm pissing around with quarter of a teaspoonsful of something...
