This looks like a great forum. Have tried Blades chicken tikka - very impressed. Looking forward to trying out some more recipies.

I have been cooking curries for about a year now but still plenty more to learn.

I like the fact that this forum has a Chinese/Thai section too as I like to try these out from time to time.
