Hiya

Does anybody remember the really sticky KFC Spare ribs that they used to do in the early 80s?

I can recall many a drunken evening as a 20 year old staggering home after a friday night out with a box of ribs, they were so sticky and sweet, and absolutely gorgeous. Kfc stopped doing them a few years later, and have never done them since, maybe they were so unhealthy and full of everything that is now banned, but they tasted so good!!! Would love to replicate them, any body have any ideas?
