Panch puran i know very little about this spice mix ive been experimenting with it 4 about a year now it seems 2 work very well with lamb and veg dishes i never hear it mentioned in any recipes can any body help me with this would love 2 hear any advice

Hi there was just wondering if any of you had any tips on seasoned oil?
I've tried my friends used bhaji oil from his indian restaurant which works well but would really like to create my own without cooking a hundred bhajis.
Would love to hear how others create theirs

Hi everyone just joined i love curry eat home cooked curry every day but love trying more recipes im really interested in learning more about seasoned oil ie used bahji oil any tips would be great
