Just joined and beginning my quest to recreate curry as good as our local restaurant / takeaway.
I had the "Curry Secret" book for a couple of years but never tried it. Now see t'internet is awash with various "secret" recipes and ways to boil a bag of onions
Tried the Curry Secret sauce last weekend, and while it was nice, it was still lacking that secret magic.
Now ordered some fresh curry leaves and some ghee and will have another go with some of the ideas I've seen here
