I remember back in the foggy 1970's when as a squaddie I was posted to Singapore for a stint. Talk about fantastic, what a place for Asian cusine lovers.
I used to take my two nippers 7 and 5 at the time to the local village and get Prathas (yes Singapore ones are spelt that way it seems) with quite a runny curry sauce that was delivered in a tin can, top hanging by a thread of tine, (well, how would you hold it?) I hate to say it, but the sauce look like washing up water, but oh my what a taste. Since then, I have been trying to find the recipe all to no avail.
Is there anyone out there in curry land in the know.
I have had a look around the recipes section, but I'll be in my 120's before I find it
