Hi

I'm a 42 year old curry and beer fan.
I have been making curries for about 7 years with varying degrees of success. I still have a lot to learn.
I have already made a couple of good recipe's from this site and enjoyed both. I am looking forward to making heaps more.

To counteract the beer and Curry regime I do alot of cycling, running (in sand dunes) and I have 20 years martial arts training behind me.
