hi all i love the dish but just cant cook it right do they fry the potatoes and what one do they use mine just turn to mush any imput would help cheers shaun.

hi all i made a tamarin dip add 2talb of tamarin 4talb water half a teaspoon of chilli and sugar 1 star anis.in a saucepan and boil for about 5 mins till it thicken remove the star anice let it cool have it with tikka its great good luck.
