Lets Talk Curry / Chicken Madras
July 12, 2012, 02:54 PM
Hi all
just made another batch of CA's base, again it come out spot on.
With some of the base I have made a chicken madras using CA's recipe. it looks, smells and taste great. Was making a day early for tomorrow nights tea, however have decided to have today as i can't resist it. I must start to increase quantity when making curry's so i can freeze some of them, as i always want to eat them when done!!!!

Curry Base Chat / Taz base
May 28, 2012, 09:59 PM
Hi I am thinking of doing taz's base (I'm already doing the Taz base but, to get the best from it, would we follow the reduction method, as Mick suggest's?)
can anyone explain or tell me where to find out about the reduction method, and to what the difference is
many thanks

Hi everyone, hope you can help.
I have been trying to cook curries like my take away for some time. I have asked so many people for recipes that i am lost in the array of different ways in which to cook curries and i have become frustrated and so disappointed at not been able to get the result i want. Hopefully i will be able to have a fresh start with the help of some of you experts in achieving my desire (and taste buds) to be able to make a good curry!!!!
regards
