As seen at Brick Lane in NYC.
I called and spoke with the manager. He said the owner buys their curry bowls from India and he didn't know where.

Have any of you guys seen these before or where I could get them?

Hey guys,

Recently I got the manager at a local favorite curry house to give me an outline of how they make their vindaloo.
Can any of you tell me if this sounds like a recipe you're familiar with?

Heat oil, add chili powder and paprika

Add Onion curry base

Add Meat

Add lemon juice, vinegar and cilantro
------------------------------------------------------

Glad there's a community trying to sort out restaurant style curries.
I'm American trying to make Vindaloo at home to match what I've had at American Indian Restaurants.
