Cooking Methods / How to make a curry milder

Hi when i make a curry and i have guests if the curry turns out to be too hot for 1 of my guests is there any way that i could tone it down without them wasting it or burning thier mouth. :-\ thank you all.

What would you marinade your uncooked chicken in? making Madrass again. cant get the chicken right before i precook it.  :(

Hi I am looking for a chicken Korai recipe. someone said to me that korai and something else where the same. (I cant remember what the something else was  :( ) I can see some long winded recipe's but i would like a BIR one. Thank you, and thanks to the chefs who have taken time on here to teach me and so many others how to make excellent food.

I am going to go today to buy fresh Coriander the bunches of coriander are much to big for what i use, so i was thinking can i freeze it. I know fresh Mint if you bag it and freeze it it dries brittle and can be crushed to small pieces, but has anyone done this with coriander.

Another question when growing coriander i saw a gardening program that said you can grow Coriander in a piece of rainwater guttering has anyone done this?

Does anyone of you experienced chef's add fruit to a base mix eg: apples, pears or would it spoil?

When useing Chicken or Lamb Would you marinade them? if so what would you use I think it will be mostly Chicken i use. Thank you
