Just thought I'd pop in and say hello joined a little while ago and just been nosing round the site, seeing what's what. Have to say I've already learned a lot!
Just been diagnosed with coeliacs disease so as Indian food is gluten free, what better excuse do I need to cook it more often?!!!
I've got a couple of my own adapted recipes including a nice dhansak but as of yet I've never used a base gravy/sauce in my curries-I will be trying my first one this weekend so I'll post up how I get on.
Certainly looks like an awesome forum, and everybody seems nice and pleasant and not obsessed with starting arguments with each other, for once! I look forward to getting to know some of u a bit better in time.
