Hi guys, does any one have a good recipe for just the garlic and coriander topping ? I've tried lurpack butter melted with garlic powder and wasn't too pleased with the results. What would you suggest for the real deal ? Thanks. Using the happy naan recipe which is really good by the way.

Hi guys and gals, does anyone cook bir curries on a induction hob ? If you do I would love your tips and tricks. I've been cooking for years with a aluminium pan on a gas hob. New cooker in new kitchen = induction hob.
