Has anyone heard about the curry that takes all day to prepare? Add a spice here and there wait a bit for the right flavour then add another spice etc? I've heard of them. If anyone could shed some light on it I'd appreciate it thanks.

I've just joined the forum and haven't had a look around yet so am just saying hi from the uk. I love curries and make one every friday, no specific name just my own concoction of spices lol.
