Does anyone know a good recipie similar to BIR for brinjal bhaji for me to have a go at???

So, the other night I done chicken tikka and was fairly happy with the result   Then started to look and around the forum and came across Blades recipe.  After other peoples comments and blades statement that its better than his local BIR I just had to have a go at making this ;D  I did however leave out the food colour.

All done and now in the fridge for me to cook tomorrow.

Will let you know tomorrow how its turned out.

After attempting my first Sag the other night and really enjoyed it, I thought I would have another go with a different recipe today.  Visually alot different as no tomatoes in this one.  taste very similar but not quite a deep flavour like the last one I done.  Also got some Tika on the go for tomorrow night.  Pics below for you........

After trying CA's base sauce and vindaloo last night I am going to attempt the Jalfrezi but am going to make it with tika.  Photos of last nights dinner is in the photo section.

Well this is my first time creating any recipe from CRO.  Very easy to follow and still working on the main for tonight.  Thought that I would share with you what I have done so far.......  Main Dish and Sag Aloo to follow later...........Enjoy

So pleased that I have found this site to try.  I have tried so many recipes in the past and spent lots of time reading Indian cook books and never really satisfied myself with the dishes that I have cooked.  I hope that some of the recipes here will kick the curry craving that only I can seem to get from a restaurant.  Cant wait to try.......

Anyway, I like spicy / hot curries !!!!  Can anyone recommend a recipe here that will certainly impress me......................
