New to this site and find it amasing. done a couple of courses at night school but although they produced some good dishes they weren't as you call them BIR dishes , they were more authentic. Have seen some great ideas for dishes so will keep you posted as to the results
If any of you curry guru's out there want to take me under your wing I will be really greatfull
