Hi all
A really great snack is Spicy Dry Roasted Gram (Chick Peas) - you find them mixed up in 'Bombay Mix' but I'm having a real difficulty in obtaining them on their own.  Any mail order sources you might know?

The other alternative is do it myself!  I can get dried chick peas easily enough but how do you go about getting them to spicy roasted stage? Presumably they have to be soaked first then roasted etc, any help would be very welcome.
