A tasty hot curry with a classic rice, naan bread , some sides and a few cans of quality lager. X factor on the tele. pure bliss !

Traditional Indian Recipes / Fire prawn curry

Heres a simple classic
serves 2/3
2 Tblsp Cooking oil
8 cloves garlic chopped
12 green and red chillies mixed nicely chopped up
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground corriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp tumeric
2 med size onions finely chopped up
1 bag of frozen prawns / fresh if you can afford it
fry everything all together for 8 mins and add 1 pint of water, bring to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. serve with microwaveable uncle bens mushroom pilau rice. wash down with some nicely chilled stella.

British Indian Restaurant Recipe Requests / A nice hot curry recipe wanted

I need a recipe for a curry thats not too hard to make and that has quite a kick to it. Hotter than vindaloo is preferable. Will be serving four hungry males. I will be using chicken. all help is appreciated
