Hi - Was wanting to grill  a whole fish with Indian spices,was probably going to use a whole  sea bass - Can anyone recommend a spice mix for this recipe ?

Anyone got a South Indian tomato (puree) rice recipe....??

I've been having it at my local restaurant and it's fantastic,all I know is there's curry leaves and cashew nuts and obviously tomatoes or tomato puree in the dish..

I'm in the middle of making a curry base and the recipe is asking for 2 desert spoons of garlic and Ginger pur?e but I only have pase !! Is there a difference in strength or do i just add the same amount ?

My cooking is on hold until I recive an answer!!
