Howdy from the land of Oz!

I was looking for a good curry recipe, I used to know how to put the different masalas together many years ago, but have since forgotten  since I use Pataks all the time! to my shame................ Anyway, I have seen some lovely tasty recipes here, my mouth is watering and I cannot wait to get started! What a great site!
