Well what can I say, my first adventure with the CRO followers..............  today was an enjoyable time in the kitchen, I made Pilau Rice, Sag Aloo and Chicken Vindaloo and CA's Base sauce.  I was impressed with all the recipe's but think that I need alot more spinach in my sag aloo.  The curry was not to wife's liking at it was too hot and she does prefer something a little more mild.  Tomorrow may mean that I have to try a Tika Masala now......... ;)

Let me know what you think of the overall look on how the dishes have turned out.  Feedback welcome.................
