That's made my mouth water Nage.  Looks delicious.  Never had the dish.  Seeing as it has a bit of  a bite to it I will definitely give this on a go.  Not today as i've got steak and kidney pudd on the stove as i type  :P .  A pleasant change from curry, whether it be Glasgow based or any other base  ;D

Have made this quite a few time CH. It's not that hot so you may have to up the scoville units to appeal to your taste?

Just checked, Curry Leaves and Linghams sauce needed and added to the shopping list.

Did you use Chicken leg or thighs Naga?

That's 3 thighs worth, CT (its a big plate!). Also used the last of my Lingham's sauce as you previously suggested. Perfect! Need to get some more myself next week now! :)
