Hi all

Just a quick pic of dinner tandoori mixed grill with keema rice it's dips tandoori and blades tikka with ca's madras sauce and a mint sauce didn't have sizzler to do a proper job of onions just a very hot pan.

Nice job Jamie  :P.  Very mouthwatering plate of food you have there with a good choice of accompaniments  :).  Which recipe did you use for the sheek kebabs?

The kebab is a bit of a mish mash based on razors and ca's i use 1tsp of kebab paste and 1 tsp of kashmiri paste in mine and leave out thhe chopped onions taste very nice i hasd to use beef mince as tesco had no lamb well lamb and mutton mix that they sell at a good price of ?2.40 for 500g

To be honest i prefer it with beef mince over lamb anyway and mick i would usually have done a  nice chilli naan but thats gets  me to the point where im to stuffed to fit any beer in and we don't want that do we  ;D
