Wanted to tryout Laziza Tikka Boti paste.

Added it to my Tandoori Marinade. recipe, blurring the lines between Tandoori, Tikka and Boti.
There again I think Boti means Tikka anyhoo. :D
IMO -True Tandoori taste is at its best, cooked on the bone, drummers or quarters.

Tandoori Boti

Anyhoo, weekend cooking fun, knocked up a pan of base (Garabi), as a friend wanted 4ltrs of
Madras sauce for a home party.

Braved the howling gale out into the Tandoori Hut and cooked the Chicken

Tandoori Boti

Boshed into my usual Tandoori Madras, with Mushroom Pilau and a few Papads.

Tandoori Boti

One of my favourite curries at the moment, given a slighty different flavour with the Boti paste

Laziza Boti paste is a good product and I like their powder version too, which I

Good one chewy
I'm glad you mentioned the powderd version because down I can only get that
I have tried the bottled paste buying online which is a pain
I  have tried mixing the Boti powders with the tandoori and tikka laziza powders but in my opinion it holds up well by it's self
Another mouth watering curry there chewy  ;)

Real tasty looking CT and i like the look of the nuclear reactive tikka  ;D  Just how it should look ::)  Envying those with tandoors  >:(  Like MT, can't seem to source any of those pastes down here although the powders seem to be available.  That pot of garabi reminds me i need to do a couple of batches to keep me going as i'm down to the last 6 or 7 portions in the freezer.  Next up is jb's for experimentation and another batch of Abdul's enhanced.  The latter may assist in my vindaloo quest  :-\

Looks brilliant as per usual, Chewy. I've probably said this before, but I really must try out the Laziza Tikka Boti paste. I'm pretty well-stocked, so don't really need to make the journey across town but I suppose I should shift my lazy Erchie and pick some up! :)
