I'd never actually tried these, only had the softer triangular ones. But after reading some posts on here I thought I'd give them a try. They turned out ok I think - nice and flaky.

Looks top quality paratha to me.  Well done.  I'm lazy and get ready-mades; half the time I can't even cook these properly.
