Stunning collection of dishes Chewy, and a nice choice with the Dansak. Your tandoori meat is looking totally awesome and im sure the flavours are there to match. Are you still using laziza tikka/tandoori boti paste ?
Also I fully aprove of your choice of  rice bowl  ;)  ;)

Cheers Lc ;) :D

No Laziza paste left, but have plenty of there dry spice mixes.
The problem with the pastes is the restaurants in the NorthEast

Hey Chewy, thanks for the reply, agreed there is a problem getting laziza without paying over the odds. I must admit my preference was mor leaning towards the tandoori as i felt it had more of a punch. I must give the dry mix a try, blown away by your spread as the prep and work involved is no small task....

Looks good! You going commercial Chewy? How long do those meats take to cook in a tandoor like that?

Hey Chewy done the same myself this weekend but instead of Makhoni i did Chicken Tikka Masala and chicken kebabs only plus chicken tikka burgers, that is strange, made a few new recipes for my new menu and got 12 people round to test them out.
