Tonights curry, chicken Vindaloo with Fatelli Gourmet Jigsaw chilli, possibly one of the hottest chillies in the world, delicious moreish spicy tangy dish with a searing slow building heat and lip tingling burn  :)

Nice looking curry but far too red to be a vindaloo as I know it. At least it warns of what's to come!
