Ultra-dry, served with boiled basmati rice, a dollop of chilli lime pickle, and chunky lemon wedge squeezer.  Presented full slick.  Breathtakingly hot, but also exceptionally smooth and fruity.

No, just me messing about with chilli powder blends and stuff.  Fancy a mild curry next though and reckon I'll have a go at the dopiaza from CBM's vol 1.
