Easy Naans

Hi Guys

Just done the Happy Chris/CBM naans this weekend and cant belive how easy they are. I left the dough overnight as per Chris and made them on my tava just before going to the pub on Friday night. I took one with me and the guys in the pub thougt i was kidding and that I had bought them. I also had the "restaurant quality" accolade!!

I love a Peshwari naan but alas my g/f always overrules me and orders garlic naan too - look foward to seeing your results on that one EC.

When I did my naan experiments, I used Dip's as I had the ingredients easily to hand. I don't think it matters which one you use, just pick your favourite sheekh recipe and give them a go.
