Made some curries and naan's and rice for a friends party, everything was eaten and everyone was really impressed , even the phall was eaten although it burnt a few mouths!
After making 6 bhunas, 2 bhuna phalls your cooking skills and timing certainly improve. It was a pleasure cooking if not a little chaotic at times.
Once the prep work was done the curry making is great , everything at hand to keep churning out the curries, could have done with an extra pan or two to really up my game. Really need/want to do this more often now  :)

Everything looks delicious, MA. I can imagine the chaos, but there must have been great satisfaction in your achievement to deliver all that grub then watch it disappear. :)

Immensely rewarding mate, watching people go back for more, and listening to them chatting amongst themselves about how good it was is a truly great feeling  :)
