Chicken Tikka Pathia and Pilau Rice
« on: May 31, 2015, 08:09 PM »
Made a few curries today including Madras and Vindaloo for the freezer. I couldn't not have a curry after all that so I decided to have a Pathia as I haven't had one for a while. The one tonight had no fresh coriander in as I'd run out but it was still really nice. Washed down with a pleasant elderflower cider.

Thanks Garp. It's actually Adey Payne's recipe pretty much. The only thing missing was the fresh coriander, which I believe your not a big fan of anyway ;D

I've never seen Elderflower Cidre, must keep an eye out as I'm going through a major cider phase.  Curry looks top too!

Hi Mattie, I know what you mean, sometimes I just don't want to drink anything else. Got the Elderflower cider in Morrisons.
