Incredibly good looking dish of food Cory ... I love your Ceylon and cook it regularly but I've got to be honest and say it's never turned out looking that good .. it looks perfect   :)

I, too, make this curry regularly, but I have to keep any heat out of it when I cook it for the family. I DO enjoy it when I can get it all to myself and add a bit of bite to it. Lovely!

Looks absolutely amazing!  There are some very talented chefs posting on here.  You guys should consider doing a CR0 ebook/book(s).  Take a chapter each or something.
