When i went their for my birthday its was ?20 and you got to cook your own then eat it.
The answer is there for ?20.

I think this is a good idea and wouldn't mind trying it but what about the gravy and "stuff" do you get to see exactly whats gone in it?

Hi all,  These "cook your own curry lessons" sound great but are they going to let you stand there with pen and paper writing the ingredients down?  Judging by the picture on website, it doesn't look as if the kitchen is very big, hence, if a group of us go they might get the knock with us with our pens and notepads!  What do you think?  I'm certainly up for it, how about others?

I really don't think anyone with any experience of cooking curries needs to go to one of these. You can learn all you need to from written instructions, since the actual cooking techniques are not difficult.

Would be a lot of fun, though.

That looks ok but the menu seems to be food i have never heard of apart from the Pork Vindaloo.
My mission in life is to see a Prawn Madras being cooked and having a go.

Wouldn't mind seeing the Prawn Puree that you can get as a starter cooked as well, if you have not tried that check it out next time you order a takeaway.

I can tell you for a fact that the food in both the La Porte Des Indes and the Blue Elephant is first class, these restaurants are among the best in London.

I fully agree. It stands head and shoulders above Veeraswamy, Chutney Mary and a few of the other "best end" restaurants.
