great to see a totally unique video and can imagine the technique being used for a variety of things, chicken, vegetables, rice etc.

as i have a smoker and smoked a lot of food, i would say to try wood chips (apple or oak) and use wood lump charcoal..
there is so much shit in the briquettes (they are ok for open air bbq's)
try using a metal egg cup or tin foil doubled up, if your egg cup brakes because of the heat the curry's in the bin.
