I'm making the three litre Bangladesh version and I think it was Curryhell who was making some tooI cooked the base for about three hours, and the aroma DID changeI did get a sort of vinegar smell from itJulian is rightI don't know how to exactly describe itI just got to the point of thinking it was a waste of time, when it happenedI'll finish the gravy tomorrow and try a curry with itWouldn't it be great if this was the last piece of the curry puzzle!!?
Made the 3 litre base today also got that smell
