If you want to stop your meat from falling off the skewers put a raw potato on the end.

Had a go at making naan breads this afternoon.There's definitely an art to these things,the tandoori chefs make it look so easy.Too far near the coals and they burn,too far up and they don't cook properly(not to mention hooking the things out without them falling into the coals!!)
A bit more practice and I should be there.They were a bit hard though,a bit brittle.Not sure whether that was the baking powder or the fact I didn't put my usual spoonful of yogurt(I'm sure I read somewhere on here they make naan breads a bit more pliable).Like I said those tandoori chefs make it look so damn easy.

Keep at it jb. Just like the curry making really. Needs a little practice to begin with ;D
