When the leaves are going dry i just grind them to a powder and sprinkle over rice and curry dishes just to add that extra flavour.

Nice one UF,
True South Indian flavour combo - Curry leaves, Mustard Seeds, Black Pepper, Coconut and Fresh Green Chillis.
A popular Restaurant dish, using this combo is Chettinad Murgh.
Well worth a try, for something different. ;D
