Well, you have found the right place to start making excellent curry and sides.
I had never made a curry before last year and now i'm making them for family members as they love them.

Welcome taxi. We'll have you making good BIR food in no time. Not going to say it's easy though
. It can be a little frustrating at times and does require a bit of work in the preparation area. But in less than 15 mins you can have a good BIR curry on the table. Good luck and keep us posted on how you get on. Any questions, don't be afraid to ask. There's loads of people on here willing and able to give good advice
