Lunch out of boredom

Hi all
on call today so cant go to the pub  :'( so i thought id pass sometime and knock up a couple of curries a chicken pathia and a chicken madras.



Madras


Patia
The madras is CA,s recipe and the pathia was by stephen lindsay the chicken was pre cooked using jb,s recipe

What it is to be bored eh ;D. I bet the boredam soon stopped when you tucked into those little beauties  :P.  What base did you use?

I think the base was either ca's or razors cant remember which i last cooked i'm on a roll at the minute my curries are tasting better than ever i have started using the oil from the bhaji fryer and i have just had a new pan that is perfect for me so in short yes they were very nice indeed beats a sunday dinner any day  ;D

I used to use unklebucks pathia recipe but don't always have the ingredients for it so have been using yours lately just tweeking the amount of sweetness not got a real sweet tooth

The more practice you get, the better you get so they say.  I've diversified lately from my normal gunpowder dish and have had some really good results thanks to the recipes on here.  My TA must really be feeling the pinch :o.  I've got to the stage where i'd sooner cook a curry than order it in :-\.  It's saving me a fortune 8) 8).  I'm really enjoying trying different bases, recipes and other peoples tips and tricks.  Latest was 976's bhuna which i really my do a write of now and get it posted :-X

PS.
You didn't include a pic of your new pride and joy!!!  I'd give up most english dinners, but my roast is one dish i could never give up ;D
