creamed coconut

I asked my mum if she went anywere and found some ground coconut could she please get me some as i was having a job finding it.
She did get me some creamed coconut so what I'd like to know is can i use it and if i can whats the best way

Yes you can use it. i find tho it tents to thicken your Curry's quite allot, so be carfull how much you put in. To use it all you have to do is cut of a chunk and break it into the curry.

You don't need much creamed coconut for a single portion curry - the equivalent of a table spoon will be noticeable in a mild curry such as a Korma
