First non-balti curry in a while. Made this a couple of times in the past, so knew what to expect. It's good, different. Trad, no onions.

I used Kashmiri chilli powder this time. Canned chopped plum tomato. Cooked handi style; took 2 1/2 hours. 2 x 400 g diced Irish beef, yellow sticker. Extra dry. Don't see/never had, a Balti Beef, but why not? Plan using some of what's left (a fair bit) as a pre-cook for a Balti Beef and Black Pepper.
