Just found this forum via another site, I live in Lincoln Uk love cooking curries and anything spicy. OH wants me to cook her a tikka masalla but dont know where to start on this one.

Most recipes will call for a base sauce and a spice mix, so once you have got them two things sorted, you are on you way mate. As a suggestion, I would try out CA's CTM

as most of his recipes are very easy to follow and they offer links to the supplementary ingredients that you will need, as well as photo's to compare your efforts to.

I'd go with Ray's suggestion but depending on what your taste is, you might like to check out Dipurajah's recipe. He is a TA chef that has surfaced on Youtube recently. Not my cup of tea but several people on here seem to like him.
