I'm new to home made curry cooking. I love the idea of being able to create an authentic restaurant curry at home.
I fancied having a go at a BIR style chicken madras recipe, so I tried the SNS 2008 recipe with base.
I am very pleased with the result. Excellent recipe, thanks SNS. I have 7 gravy base portions left over which I have frozen down in dated freezer bags.
I will try a lamb or beef curry with the left over gravy next time.
Here is the finished curry, just before I added fresh coriander, basmati rice and Naan bread (camera battery died!).
