Hi all, I am over the moon about finding this site, having recently started to cook "proper" curry & not allways using a pre made sauce from a packet,I have lots to learn & what I have seen so far this site is going to be a godsend !!
A big thanks in advance for all the help that's allready been posted ..
My little bit of Cornwall will now start to have a great Indian aroma ..
