Topic: What blender?

I use a hand blender and it does take a little longer than a liquidiser, but that's easily offset by not having to pour it into a jug then pour it out again and having to do this a couple of times because it doesn't all fit into the liquidiser.

I would guess my hand blender taker 1-2 minutes to do a ten onion batch.

I've used liquidizers for this sort of thing before (soups etc) and I've sice found the hand blender quicker, easier and cleaner.

Hi all,

I agree with Dylan, my hand blender, a cheapy braun, that I've used for about 10 years, does a 10 onion batch in a couple of minutes.

I do know German for White/Weiss (lived in Germay for 5 years nah nah na na ) & ive got a German car " its got the taste ".

Definately a good quality hand blender does the job perfectly for me.

I use a Braun  Multichef. Get the 500 or the new 600 watt job. Also comes with other bits that are useful.
