Hi to everyone on CRO just joined literally 10mins ago!
Found this site while trawling the net for lamb curry recipes. I have been to two weddings, where I had the most delicious lamb curry, been desperately trying to find the correct recipe, but not sure what the recipe for the lamb curry is!
This site so far looks amazing, looking forward to learning a few recipes!

Lamb curry. Is there a good base sauce for this. Im also new to this and only recently discovered that the base sauce is the secret. All those years ruining curries, doh.

for base i would think that any of the top notch bases will do (i've mainly used rajver, saffron, ifindforu)
