UB'S Chicken Tikka Puri -
Tikka Chicken in medium spiced gravy served on a puri1 Starter size portion of Tikka
1 Puri
150ml UB'S base gravy
0.5 Tbsp veg oil
1 Tbsp tomato paste
0.5 Tbsp fresh chopped tomato
0.5 Tbsp chopped onion
1.5 Tsp spice mix
0.5 Tsp Methi
0.5 Tsp chili powder (optional)
1 Tsp chopped fresh coriander
Method: Add oil to pan and bring to medium heat, add onion and tomato cook until onion has softened, add base gravy, tomato paste, bring to simmer add spice mix, Methi, chili, coriander stir in for a minute then add tikka cook until chicken is piping hot. Spoon onto warm Puri best serve with onion side salad and fresh lemon. Enjoy UB.

Coriander 8 parts
Turmeric 7 parts
Cumin 5 parts
Curry powder 4 parts
Paprika 4 parts
Methi is dry leaf kind.
Tomato paste is a mix of double concentrate tom puree and water, 40% puree to 60% water.
