Topic: Grill dome accessory

While in a fast food Indian place. There are a few here that are pretty cheap too. Quick service, basic food to go.

I saw a Naan bread grill dome. It was metal and quite steep. The naan was placed over the top of this in a hot over as opposed to the walls of the grill. My Indian friend swears by just throwing them on the BBQ. I said, "What about the lines in the bread?" He just looked at me. Perhaps a stupid question I know. But he said that was the nearest I would get using high heat.

However this accessory would sit very nicely on top of the grill and with the lid closed you could generate a lot of heat.

1. Anyone seen one of these?
2. If you have where can I get one?
