Hi everyone I'm Redgunner and am so pleased and impressed to have found this excellent site. I have been cooking curries for 18 years and it's so great to find a place like this where everyone has the same desire to cook that ultimate curry and share their thoughts and ideas and of course recipes. My aim at the moment is to cook a BIR staff curry as I have been lucky enough to have sampled these curries at a few places but have been unable to get the full recipes.
